The Regulations contained in table 'A' of the first shedule to the companies Act of 1956 so far as they are applicable to a private company shall apply to this company save in so far as they are expressly are impliedly excluded by the following articals.

In these presents, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings.

"The Act" or "The Companies Act" means" The Companies Act 1956" and its statutory modifications from time to time and other statute for the time being in force releating to comapnies in India and effecting the company.
