He is an Electronics & Communication Engineer with a Gold Medal from the Andhra University in 1973 and a M.B.A from IIM Bangalore, 1974-1976 batch. He has 32+ years of experience in all facets of Management and Industry Promotion.
As a president of the organisation, he is responsible for overall corporate governance of the organisation, Implementation of the projects, overall administration of the organisation. He supports the Board of Directors and the Managing Director with the Management Information System Reports of the overall activities of the organisation.
Brig (Retd.) S.P. Menon, VSM - Vice President (O&A)
A retired Brigadier of Indian Army with an experience of 37 years. Brig. Menon is a Post Graduate (M.Sc. Defense Studies) from Madras University, Master in Management Studies from Osmania University. Has had varied and rich experience in management of men, material and Projects.
At CIL, Brig. Menon is responsible for successful implementation of all the projects of the company. He acts as a Chief Implementation officer and coordinates with different departments at CIL for smooth implementation of the projects.
Dr. T. Narayanaswami - Vice President (BD)
He is a Master of Environmental Engineering & Business Administration. He is Doctor of Philosophy in Environment having a vast experience of more than two decades in Infrastructure Projects/Construction/Engineering and manufacturing and International trading Imports & Exports companies as top executive in projects management, marketing management, International trading and secretarial functions in the corporate world.
At CIL, Mr. Narayanaswami interacts with top-level executives for project management, construction management, material management, International trading both in governmental/non-governmental organization and involves in domestic/international bids preparation, surveying, pre-tender feasibility reports, planning, scheduling, financial planning and materials management for successful operation of projects. Drafting and handling of International business MOU’s and negotiations of mega contact dealings.
Brig (Retd.) T. Narayan Menon - Head - Purchase
Over 41 years of experience on the core areas of surveying, cartography, Map production & printing, Photogrammetry. Expert in cross-functional team building and leadership, training, multi-cultural communications, change management,organization development and quality/performance improvement. Led and managed various work groups ranging from small teams to 1500+ employees.

Floating Enquiries and Scrutiny of Technical Specification
Finalization of Offers and Follow – up
Inter–departmental Co-ordination
Releasing of payments to the parties as per agreed payment terms and issue of various statutory sales tax forms.
Mr. D. Seetharamaiah - Head - Distribution
A retired Chief Engineer and Ex- Director (Projects) of Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd. (APSPDCL) His rich and varied technical experience helps in preparation of tender documents and execution of the projects once awarded. He is the technical and project think tank for distribution area.
At CIL, Mr. D. Seetharamaiah is the Technical expert for the organisation in the field of Distribution projects;He provides technical services to the organisation in the following activities: Project Tendering, Design, Project Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination & Training.
Mr. K. Lakshmi Narayana - General Manager - Transmission
A Graduate Engineer (B.E. Electrical) with rich and varied experience in Transmission. He served for 38 years with APTRANSCO. He is a Retired Superintending Engineer in APTRANSCO.
At CIL, Mr. Lakshmi Narayana is the technical expert for the organisation in the field of transmission related projects. His expertise is utilized in the fields of Project Tendering, Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination and Training.
Mr. B.B. Artal - General Manager - Technical
A Graduate Engineer (B.E. Electrical) with rich and varied experience in Meters, Relays, Testing, Projects, O & M Division, Quality Control, etc., He joined Karnataka State Electricity Board in 1972. He is a retired Chief Engineer in HESCOM. At CIL Mr. Artal is in-charge of Project Planning in Karnataka & Maharashtra.
Mr. Sadashiv G Malghan - General Manager - Projects
A Graduate Engineer (B.E. Electrical) with rich and varied experience in execution of Electrical Projects worked for 33 years with distinction in Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL). He is a retired Superintending Engineer in KPTCL, Major Works Division, Bagalkot. At CIL Mr. Malghan is in-charge of project execution in Karnataka & Maharashtra.
Mr. K.Surya Prakash - General Manager - Finance & Accounts
A Commerce Graduate with MBA degree. He is highly experienced in managing corporate accounts, taxation, MIS and preparation of budgets. He has had varied experience in dealing with these matters in various MNCs like EID Parry, Godavari Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd,The India Cements Ltd, IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects, Reliance Industries Ltd, he has served. He has a total experience of 26 years in Accounts & Finance field.
